Responsibilities
- Monitor Chat Activity: Actively monitor live chat sessions to ensure content complies with community guidelines and safety policies.
- User Support: Assist customers with inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and navigation issues in real-time.
- Content Enforcement: Identify and remove inappropriate content, spam, or malicious activity immediately.
- Communication: Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Reporting: Document issues and escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff.
- Engagement: Proactively engage users to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat moderation is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills; typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Tools: Comfortable using multiple computer applications and chat software simultaneously.
