Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual channels with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document interactions in CRM systems while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timelines
- Proactively develop product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation to enhance team efficiency
- Monitor customer feedback channels and implement best practices
- Participate in monthly CX strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles with remote work experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication with polished email/chat etiquette
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Availability to work core hours (9 AM - 3 PM PST) with flexible scheduling
