Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service protocols and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
- Handle escalations and complex problems with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and flexible hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
