Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in Zendesk
- Collaborate with tech teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics for resolution time and quality scores
- Participate in weekly virtual team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
