Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our internal software.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the database.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Provide product information and technical support to clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
