Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with clear Midwestern dialect
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Must pass background check and drug screening
