- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions, update customer records, and track case status.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
