- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates into our CRM systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and team performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended).
- Reliable computer or laptop (Windows or Mac) with updated operating systems.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required for high-performing candidates.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
