Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and expand product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of product expertise to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related support role is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer retention.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
