Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Utilize our proprietary remote support software to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers, ensuring they fully understand solutions to their problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical support and account management, to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data security protocols and code of conduct standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
