Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and billing questions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and call scripts.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
