Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal management system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
