Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
