Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.
- Log detailed interactions and feedback into the CRM system accurately and on time.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is a plus.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ wpm).
