Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service issues with patience, accuracy, and professionalism.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside in the Omaha, NE area or surrounding region.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
