Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues while meeting SLA targets
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium service offerings
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly performance reviews
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through quality interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
