Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat tickets regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or billing-related problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM database.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that meet the customer's needs.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to management regarding common customer pain points and product issues.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside within the Kansas City, MO metro area.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide full training.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer (Windows/Mac).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, and ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) including evenings and weekends as needed.
