Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, transactions, and account updates into the CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes and share feedback from the field.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory for high achievers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen effectively.
- Proficient in using computers, navigating multiple software applications, and typing at a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
