Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to log interactions and update customer account information accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues while strictly adhering to company support protocols.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a strong willingness to learn (paid training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and empathetic tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
