Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
- Assist customers with account management and technical troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
