Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Document all interactions in compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics (25+ cases handled)

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
