- Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while working remotely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Location: Must reside in Virginia Beach, VA, and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
