As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support through various channels, ensuring every customer interaction ends with a positive resolution.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries regarding products and services with patience and accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical or account issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, account changes, and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that align with the customer's needs.

Qualifications
