Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and precision
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate customer profiles
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Conduct product demonstrations for high-potential clients
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B customer service experience in SaaS or tech industries
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environments
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical mindset
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
