Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle billing questions
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training and self-study
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (average handle time, first contact resolution)
- Support special projects during peak seasons or product launches
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or contact center environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
