Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products using diagnostic tools and scripts
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% data accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support to escalate complex technical problems
- Meet daily performance targets including handle time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge base
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (connectivity, software)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
