- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer problems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional English fluency
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California work authorization and background clearance
