Responsibilities

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) above 95%

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or contact center setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
