Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails for Denver-based clients
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (80+ CSAT score)
- Collaborate with remote team using Slack and Zoom
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
- Participate in daily standup meetings (8:30 AM MST)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Type 40+ WPM with excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends/weekdays)
