Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce) in real-time.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as billing and technical support, to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all communications to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to stay updated on product changes and company initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or sales (remote experience is a major plus).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
