Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues on first contact
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) with strong written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
