Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex technical issues and product-related concerns efficiently
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)

Qualifications
