Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships
- Participate in weekly training to master product knowledge
- Meet monthly KPIs for resolution time and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers strongly preferred
