Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, efficient support via phone, email, and chat for diverse clientele
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and process efficiency
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Washington state work authorization and background clearance
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
