Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and payment processing issues
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)

Qualifications
