- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive customer data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/tech support roles
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral English proficiency
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
