Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Process transactions and payments with 100% accuracy for daily compensation
- Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Collaborate with virtual teams to enhance customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or digital environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in home office setting
