Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive resolution
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and communication tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team engagement
- Experience handling high-volume inquiries in fast-paced settings
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
