- Handle 25-30 daily customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with 95% satisfaction rating
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or virtual environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with Midwestern dialect awareness
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently while adhering to flexible schedule requirements
- Basic technical troubleshooting for common connectivity issues
