Responsibilities
- Handle 40-50 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns with empathy and precision
- Document interactions in CRM system with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with virtual team members to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/office settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Boston residency preferred (not required)
