- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Guide new clients through our platform setup process to ensure they get the most value out of our services.
- Log detailed interactions and feedback into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Identify trends in customer issues and relay them to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to resolve escalations and complex account issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the Horizon brand.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and professional development training.
