Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to address customer feedback and improve offerings
- Track key metrics including churn rate, NPS, and expansion revenue
- Proactively resolve escalations and mitigate risks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience working in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
