Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans to maximize retention and growth
- Proactively monitor health scores and identify at-risk accounts for intervention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver client feedback and feature requests
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value realization
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and strategies
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Track and analyze key metrics to report on customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with SaaS products and B2B client relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in remote environments
