Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized client success plans for enterprise accounts
- Act as primary point of contact for client onboarding and training
- Monitor product usage metrics to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve client issues
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and satisfaction surveys
- Document client feedback and product improvement requests
- Track KPIs including retention rate and NPS scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of meeting retention and upsell targets
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Must reside in Maryland and be available for occasional Baltimore meetings
