Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans for 50+ enterprise accounts
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver customer feedback
- Track and report on key metrics including retention and NPS
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce and internal CRM systems
- Lead customer onboarding initiatives and training workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention targets
- Expertise in Salesforce and data analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SaaS products and enterprise software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
