Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Retention & Growth: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities within the existing account base.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients, acting as a strategic partner to their business goals.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback to relay product improvements to the engineering and product teams.
- Training: Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to empower clients with the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio and prepare monthly reports on account health.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within the SaaS industry.
- Location: Must reside in Austin, Texas (essential requirement for this remote role).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
