Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across the Memphis region
- Analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Create and execute success plans aligned with client business objectives
- Proactively communicate product updates and value-added services
- Track and report on key performance metrics using CRM tools
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in remote collaboration
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connectivity
- Strong problem-solving skills with client-centric mindset
- Experience in the Memphis or Southeast tech market preferred
