Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans for enterprise clients
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts
- Monitor product usage metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs
- Implement retention strategies and reduce churn rates
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success/account management roles
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms and subscription metrics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
