Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders
- Analyze usage data to optimize product adoption and reduce churn
- Coordinate onboarding processes and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with marketing to create client success stories
- Document client interactions and maintain CRM records
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze metrics and drive data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in tech or fintech industries preferred
