Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate value realization.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, resolving issues efficiently via phone, chat, and email.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular check-ins with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and address concerns proactively.
- Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback and communicate product improvements directly to the engineering and product teams.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed knowledge base articles and case studies to empower clients to help themselves.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor account health scores and work to exceed retention and satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in remote customer support or customer success.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
